CU carry-over policy

Effective from 01-July-2025

CU Carry-Over Policy
For prepaid plans with a duration of 6 months or longer, unused Compute Units (CUs) from any given month will be carried over and remain available throughout the full subscription term.

The total CU quota is cumulative over the entire prepaid period.
There is no monthly reset or CU loss if usage is below the monthly allocation within the same subscription cycle.

However, unused CUs will not carry over to a new subscription cycle once the current term ends.

No overage charges apply—once the CU quota is fully used or the term ends, the plan will be renewed accordingly.

Example:
A 12-month prepaid plan with 50M CUs/month provides 600M CUs in total.
If only 30M are used in January, the remaining 570M CUs stay available until the plan ends.
If 10M remain unused at the end of the 12-month term, they will expire and not carry over to the next cycle.

🔒 Carry-over only applies to prepaid plans of 6 months or longer. It does not apply to monthly billing or shorter-term subscriptions.

Note:

  • The 30% discount listed on the Landing Page applies strictly to 12-month plans without the carry-over policy.
  • Post-Purchase Carry-Over Request: If a user who already purchased a 12-month plan with the 30% discount requests to apply carry-over policy, their plan discount will be adjusted to 20%. The remaining balance will be recalculated on a prorated basis, and the billing cycle will be reset accordingly.
  • Carried-over CUs will not be included in the refund calculation. The refund amount, if any, will be based on the remaining prepaid credits after applying the usage deduction.
  • Support Escalation: Please contact [email protected] if user requires a carry-over policy for multi-period plans.
