Birdeye Alert Notification Setup Guide

Welcome to Birdeye! To ensure you stay on top of real-time data and market trends, follow these steps to register channels and receive alert notifications through your preferred delivery methods: Telegram, Discord, and Email.

Telegram Setup

Find your Telegram ID:

• Open your Telegram app.
• Start a chat with the "Birdeye Alert" (click here: @birdeye_alert_bot).
• Click "Start" or type command "/start" to receive your Telegram ID and start getting notifications.
• Save your Telegram ID in your Birdeye settings.

Important Notice

You will NOT receive notifications if you do not click "START" on the Telegram bot

Discord Setup

1. Open the Discord channel you want to receive Birdeye event notifications.
2. From the channel menu, select Edit Channel.
3. Select Integrations.
4. If there are no existing webhooks, select Create Webhook. Otherwise, select View Webhooks then New Webhook.
5. Enter the name of the bot to post the message.
6. Optional. Edit the avatar.
7. Copy the URL from the WEBHOOK URL field.
8. Select Save.

Email Setup

• Your registered email will be input automatically to receive notifications.
• Check your spam folder for Birdeye notification emails.
• Mark Birdeye emails as "Not Spam" to ensure delivery.

Accessing Settings

• Go to Terminal page on Birdeye.so
• Navigate to the "Settings" section.
