Subscription Changes
Birdeye Data Services offers flexible subscription plans to support your evolving data needs. Whether you're upgrading for additional capacity, downgrading to adjust scope, or reactivating a paused account, the process is designed to be seamless and immediate.
πΌ Upgrading Your Subscription
Select Upgrade Plan
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Select your desired subscription tier: Premium, Business, or Enterprise.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your upgrade.
Immediate Activation
Your upgraded subscription and associated features (e.g., increased compute units, priority access) will be activated instantly upon confirmation.
Billing Information
- Your designated payment method will be charged immediately.
- The new billing cycle will begin from the date of the upgrade.
π½ Downgrading Your Subscription
Select Downgrade Plan
- Go to Account Settings and select a lower-tier plan such as Standard or Premium.
- Confirm the downgrade when prompted.
Immediate Effect
- The downgraded plan will take effect immediately.
- All features will adjust to reflect the selected plan tier.
Billing Adjustment
- Your payment method will be charged at the rate of the new package.
- No prorated credit or carry-over compute units will apply.
π Reactivating Your Subscription
Reactivation Process
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Choose the plan you wish to reactivate (Standard, Premium, Business, or Enterprise).
- Confirm the reactivation request.
Access Restored
- Your access to the selected plan tier is restored immediately.
- Full functionality is reinstated as per your selected package.
β Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancellation Steps
- In Account Settings, select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation request.
Effective Date
- The cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Until that date, your access remains active.
π³ Payment and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Compute Units (CUs): Any unused CUs will not be carried over or adjusted when upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling.
- We recommend reviewing your usage and plan requirements before making any changes.
All subscription changes are subject to the Birdeye Terms of Service and your organization's billing agreement. For enterprise contract modifications or invoicing, please contact your account manager or our support team.
