Service cancellation rules
Cancellation due to overage
- The allowed overage cost is 50% of the package price. If your overage exceeds this threshold (e.g., overage cost exceeds $500 for the Business package), you will receive an invoice for payment. If the payment is not made within 1 day, your package will be suspended.
Cancellation due to non-payment for the new subscription period.
- If payment for the new subscription period is not received within 3 days, your subscription will be cancelled and the service will be stopped.
Crypto Payment
- Crypto payment users are required to pay for at least 3 months of the package or the total cost of the last three months, whichever is higher. When your credit is depleted, a new invoice will be sent. If payment is not made within 3 days, the service will be stopped.
